Tiny Plate, Tiny Waist is a healthy lifestyle that even fast food employees could implement.

The plan allows for one small portion of a no-sugar-added food of your choice. You could even eat french fries, chicken nuggets or a cheeseburger without ketchup!  :)  :)  :)

Along with the very small, high fat portion, you would choose a large garden salad and a drizzle of oil along with lemon juice or vinegar. If you have no vinegar at the restaurant, you could use 1 1/2 teaspoons of cheese.

When you're off work at home, cook according to the recipes outlined in the book and do the stretches and exercises.
